This is a coaching and mentoring intervention that facilitate access for SMEs and Start-ups to experienced corporate leaders and to entrepreneurs who possess a proven track record of successfully starting, operating and expanding an enterprise. This programme also facilitate access for graduates, universities students and high school learners to experienced industry mentors, life coaches and experienced tutors as a way of empowering these groups with life skills and business skills, therefore enhancing their employable skills and preparing them for the real world.
